On my quest for healthy eating I have come across some amazing blogs and tips, but this is one that is so simple to do and helps you boost your 5 a Day. Grab a bunch of grapes, red or green will do (I just prefer red) rinse with water, pop in a little tub and stick in the freezer. It’s as simple as that! On Nic’s site she also suggests adding a little sugar free jelly powder for extra flavour but I have tried without and they taste just as great – a little like a fruity ice lolly. You could also try sprinkling with a little cinnamon powder for extra goodness like these in the picture.
The serving pictured here is approx. 60g, the equivalent of 41 calories and a great way to add some Vitamins to your diet!
